My notable take-away from it was that that Trump wanted to make cuts disruptive and painful, to make an example and encourage other institutions to pre-emptively cut down on wasteful spending on their own, instead of waiting for an audit to come around.

I'd not say you'd feel depressed or lonely, but you'll feel overwhelmed with the amount of work you need to do to maintain your home, keep it clean, laundry, etc etc., Try to have a hobby for you to do when you are alone and free, if you ever feel depressed or lonely. Also have friends and invite them, that's another way to get rid of any lonely feeling if you might have any.

Join a few social groups. Hang out with friends in your free time. Keep yourself busy. It'll help you overall
