Imagine if there's a limit of time allotted to file objections and provide evidence, all the cases will resolve themselves basically. Since delay is the greatest weapon provided by the judiciary both men and women suffer.

You might be hating women seeing how they file cases, I suggest you visit a family court and see what a mess it is there you will soon realise the bad guy here is the system.
