Why is making friends in Ncr so hard?
Well, I’m just a kid who’s 20 but I’ve had conversations with a lot of people over these online platforms
And unfortunately it’s true that vast majority of people drinks or smoke….
especially in corporate!!!
But I’m positive you’ll find your type of people!!

Spare tire irony
Because people become careless and drive around on spare wheels without replacing tires on the original wheels. It also saves boot space and some costs for the company. -

Help managing leads/connections
Oh man, I feel you. Juggling all those different channels sounds like a headache and a half. I went through a similar phase with our small team, and spreadsheets definitely didn’t cut it. What worked for us was setting up a simple CRM (customer relationship management) tool. We started with HubSpot because it's free for basic stuff, and boy, did it make a difference. You can track leads from different channels and keep all their info in one spot—like who they are, what they need, where you last left off.
Everything gets logged automatically, and you can set reminders for follow-ups so you don’t have to rely on your brain to remember everything. Another thing that saved me was using integrations—your email, LinkedIn, whatever—so your CRM gets updated pretty much in real-time without you having to lift a finger. And don’t forget to clean up your contact list every now and then. Pruning dead leads gives you more breathing space to focus on the hot ones.
If that all sounds daunting to you, just start small. Or try Trello or Asana for kanban style project management, it could be an easier starting point if you’re not into CRM. Tweaking your process is all part of the fun, you’ll find your groove eventually. What else, ah right, delegation. Make sure folks are assigned to leads, so everyone knows who's responsible. Anyway, give it a shot and see how you feel after a bit… -

Why is making friends in Ncr so hard?
It is kinda true. For most of the people fun always means partying and more specifically getting drunk or going to club. Whereas for someone like me, who likes to just stroll around places and talking and spending time is fun for me. It's hard but I guess not the people's fault as it's their nature but what's harder is to find old soul people like us, who don't see drinking or smoking as cool stuff. -

I Finally Gained Freedom Last Night From Social Conditioning & Blind Beliefs!
I dunno about the Bible-burning part, but I'm glad for you OP. I too was personally someone who thought a lot about what people would expect from me, what I should say so I shouldn't hurt the person before me. Just 2 years ago, something snapped inside. I left all my friend groups to see if I had anyone behind me that cared if I wasn't there. 2 days passed. No one cared, no texts, no dms , just empty as if I never existed to them. It was then I knew where I stood. Today , I'm someone I'm proud of. Looking back, the journey wasn't easy. But finally I'm someone I'm proud of. It feels good.
More power to you OP. Hope you do good . -
