This is possible in a front wheel drive car with some modifications. In this case, the handbranke should only hold the left rear wheel which is tthe axis of rotation. In normal cars, the handbrake holds both rear wheels.

So, this corrola hasa been modified for this stunt.

Also, there's a good chance the handbrake will slip if you try executing this in the real world.
