I run something similar, here's my two cents

Go into the community, pick people you like and ask them if they'd be open to contracting opportunities. Take their CVs. Make sure you ask them in depth about projects they've done for other people.

Here's the thing, you have to be honest about how much experience YOU personally have. Maybe it's your first project, maybe it's your third, maybe it's your thirteenth. Just being honest about you and your team's experience will make the transactions much smoother. The last thing you want to do is to pretend you have more experience than you actually do and risk coming off as disingenuous or worse, getting rekt in negotiations and payments.

Business owners are people, they too were once a younger business owner. It's okay for you to talk to them respectfully about the type of work you do (or are trying to do) and ask for recommendations and referrals.

My personal recommendation to you in your situation would be to bring on mentor advisors with their own equity so they can bring in the first set of clients and provide immense amount of expensive advice for free. You may have to front a consultants advance yourself in order to close the deal with a businessman but that's part of the risky calculations you have to make.

I have been the drummer, guitarist, violinist, singer, keyboardist for my startups for about an year now, you movement will be slow but you will definitely reach somewhere slowly, in the meantime you maybe exhausted, stuck, or given up on few days while on other days, excited hopeful and energetic until you settle which may take few years. Be prepared to sort your priorities if you are not financially backed up and money crunched certain times even with utmost planning. Start executing by taking small steps. Good luck!
