(HELP) People are catching cats and eating them in Cuddalore.
Unfortunately I was victim to this a few years ago , it isn’t incidental they have tract of houses with cats and catch them while you are away , while my cat used to stay inside and outside it went missing for a few days only to find by cctv that 2 guys had caught trying to feed something .
We filed an FIR but no action was taken.

Will invest ₹1L-cr to ease traffic woes: Shivakumar
All these plans prioritize private transport first. Instead, focus on improving public transport mechanisms.
Rather than building a tunnel road, why not develop a ring train network? We already have railway tracks laid out by Southwestern Railways that pass through major outskirts of the city—just connect them and add more trains. Imagine a train system that circulates the city, allowing people to board at one point and get off at any other, and inside the city wherever tracks are there. This would be a cost-effective travel option for those in the outskirts. Build stations and substations wherever needed.
Introduce bus-only lanes, and people will naturally start preferring buses over cars. Many avoid taking the bus not because of cost but because it doesn’t offer additional value.
These two solutions don't need 1L crore, maybe 10k crore max but will solve few problems to an extent, if you build tunnel roads - well everyone will flock there because google maps uses a greedy algorithm aimed at minimizing time - thus it's the same traffic story again.
These plans will turn the city into yet another car-centric infrastructure nightmare. This is bad for commuting—prioritize public transport first, like Singapore and London. -
