I have a TVS ronin and faced the same issue once , for me it was the side stand sensor getting activated on its own. Later found out there was dirt accumulated on it which after cleaning got resolved. Not sure if it's the same in your case, have your bike checked ASAP in service centre.

The Recent folder shows the files you most recently interacted with, not necessarily just downloaded. But, you can change the sorting of this window (and all Finder windows) to sort by Date Added, Date Created, Date Last Opened, Date Modified, etc. I would say play around with the combinations of view type (icons/list/columns/gallery) and Sort by options, you'll probably find some combination that works for you. Setting it to List view, sorted by Date Added, seems to be pretty close to what I've seen when I use Windows 11.

Also, recently downloaded files should be in your Downloads folder by default. I have a shortcut to the Downloads folder permanently placed on my dock, set to Display as a folder, Fan view, and sorted by Date Added. This makes it super-easy to access my most recently downloaded files.

It’s a good thing actually , in the name of localisation the govt is keeping the people away from quality stuff by imposing sky high tariff on imported products , now they will bear the brunt when other countries give a tit for tat reply .
