I don't know why you picked roads to complain about, Hyderabad's roads are better or on par with other tier 1 cities in the country.

Of course, the inbred animals that use the roads is another matter. They make the traffic and roads seem much worse.

Low Metro connectivity, bad state of other public transport, lack of last point connectivity, lack of walkable footpaths are the real problems in Hyderabad.
