Litter only in bins - atleast a namesake law please. I(36/M) travelling from Tambaram to Guindy suburban train. The white shirt and pant uncle (70/m) was snacking and throwing the plastic covers casually in to the track. A sister (50/f) was waiting at a bus stop, throwing the covers casually on the road.
