If you get married while you're still in college, who would you take with you to a guardian's meeting? Parents? In-laws? Or husband?

Okay so I know this is hilarious but a friend of mine is getting married and she still has around 2 years left(she's pursuing masters) and she is in a college she where they have a guardian meet every sem end with faculty for performance evaluation(not mentioned due to confidentiality reasons). Her parents recently found her a chap who's well off and want her to get married and she's okay with it since she wants to be a housewife and doesn't do well with the career choices(since the career...

Did anyone understand the ending in "inimel" song by Shruti Hassan?

I remember listening to this a few days after it came out, I saw the video as well. I didn't understand the ending. I didn't care about it as much. But now I'm dying to know, just why? Why does she choose him? Why does she decide to start a relationship with him if she knew it was doomed from the very beginning? It's obvious that they're both quite toxic to each other by the end of it, and the guy's behaviour screams anger issues(most prolly physical abuse involved...

I was thinking of creating a telegram group for *serious* JEE 2026 aspirants only. Anyone interested ?

Hey guys. I just thought today that as an online student it gets difficult to find people to compare yourself with. And also it gets difficult when you don't have direct competition with whom you can talk. If you're an offline coaching student you can still join. So I was just thinking to maybe create a Telegram group of serious JEE aspirants only where we can talk and interact only about studies and nothing else. Share our progress, maybe de-stress once in a while. It can also be a...

Reliance Industries shares are set to give negative returns for the first time in 10 years. Is further downside possible???

As I mentioned in my [previous post,](https://www.reddit.com/r/IndianStockMarket/comments/1h1rsb1/reliance_near_historical_support_is_a_rebound/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) Reliance is currently trading near its historical support level, which has acted as a strong base in the past. Despite some volatility, the stock is still holding this key support zone. However, if this level is breached, we could see further downside as breaking a significant support often triggers selling pressure and may lead to a downward move. What are your thoughts on this? Do you see the support holding, or is a breakdown more likely?

Advice needed for a weekend trip

I will be visiting jaipur during the weekend of 21st December and will be staying there for 3 nights. I have heard about multiple instances of jaipur traffic police not very tourist friendly (e.g. getting challan for minor violations when other local cabs and cars around are roaming freely. So it would be really helpful if you guys can share any tips to avoid getting any unnecessary trouble and fine during my visit to this beautiful city!

Are sons still preferred in India over daughters?

Today I was in a govt. office standing and waiting while the officials there cleared the queue in front of me. This si the conversation I overheard happening between the two male officials sitting there: Man 1: Hey did you here about <name>? Man 2: He is on leave because his wife is expecting, right? Man 1: Yes. She gave birth to a girl. Man 2: Come again? Man 1: She gave birth to a girl. Man 2: Oh! <short pause> He already has a daughter, right? Man 1:...
