For DGVCL Consumer can we change billing cycle from 2 month to every month

Is it possible to change it if anyone has done before? For my bill I consumed 371 unit for 2 month so if my bill generated for 2 month then it;s charged as 1578 rs + other charges(depend on other parameter) but if it's every month and assume used was equal so first month 185 unit charge will be 679 for first month so two month total will be 1360 so clearly i'm paying 109 extra for each month
