Trouble Concentrating I really struggle with anxiety, overthinking, and rumination -- so much so that I constantly feel like I'm in fight or flight/survival mode. It's really hard for me to feel at peace/feel calm. When I pray, I try to visualize the words or the deity, focus on the picture of the deity, or focus on the flame, and I just cannot seem to calm my mind!
