Noidawasio , I have a question about rental increment. Please help What is on avg yearly % rent increment landlord imposes in Noida? I live around sector 39, and have been paying 25500 in rent for last 1 year. My landlord asked for 10% increment and I could bargain for 2000 rs increment. That is this year onwards, I will have to pay 27,500 in rent. I am not sure if I got rinsed by my landlord or was able to strike a bargain. Can you pls help? 3 0 replies
