What is the utility of this self balancing electric scooter ?

How is it going to be useful for the police force? It would have been better if funds had been used in the purchase of useful items such as taser guns or even more body cams. Nor does the city have public spaces which are no vehicle zones where it could be utilized as it's done by NYPD in Times Square.

I believe he has an Ashram in UP and is associated with Prempura Dham Sarkar? I need to know if he is a legitimate guru. He seems to be related to guru Ajay das Ji Maharaj.
