Why has Wikipedia blocked editing access to most people of India? From Mumbai to Delhi, I've checked in multiple cities and devices. Almost always, Indian IP addresses are blocked for editing by wiki admins and that too months long blocks. Why don't we have our own Wikipedia. Contractors will be given a rating which can help them while bidding another tender, if the rating is really low they will be penalised heavily.
