My friend got alloted cidico flat in vashi My friend got alloted a 1 bhk 322 sft in cidico project in vashi. The price is 75 lakhs. The current market price is also similar. So, will it be worth to purchase it considering either for moving in into that cidico flat or even in ROI perspective down the line of 5-6 years? Probably gonna turn down this $16/hr job Just can't get past the fact of getting up at the cracked of dawn, working the busiest shift, and still not taking home enough to have anything leftover from that paycheck. Seriously why the hell bother. I was told it would start at $19 and was the shift i wanted.
