There is this handle in Twitter where the user posts about how dogs are killing cattles everyday across districts in tn I have been following him for the past 2-3 months everyday something like this is happening either to humans or to cattles.. Vet/NGO services needed for neutering street dogs Please recommend vets or NGOs who can neuter/spay street dogs (and preferably provide them with aftercare for 3-4 days post surgery).
