Rent- 13k Security- 13k Brokerage- 6.5k( broker has said the replacement has to give him that since he is also the caretaker.) In 2012, and they haven’t upgraded it since. Carpet’s coming off, cup holders falling apart, no ceiling covers ffs, walls peeling off, and no 4K Laser upgrade despite it being the #1 box office venue for Oppenheimer.
