Can I raise a request for getting a footpath constructed I stay at a moderate traffic lane road with a small lane running parallel to my apartment. The lane can accomodate two cars crossing each other but no pedestrians can walk. However, there is a muddy patch the entire length of the road but it's muddy, lower than road height and basically one can't walk on it.
