No leaves for workers in Ideal My mom works in ideal factory near the heart of city. Since 3-5 years, she hasn't got a weekly leave. She has to work on Sundays because on sundays they dont let anyone take leaves. There is one day off weekly from Monday till Saturday but most of the times the employer cancels it because of rush ( customers). Since 3 years, my mom is working every single day.
