It seems like they prioritize pushing postpaid plans and misleading customers. For example, I recently visited a VI store to port my number from Airtel to VI prepaid. The representative blatantly lied, claiming porting was only possible for postpaid connections. Knowing this was false, I ported through the VI website and received my SIM within hours.
