Are ayurveda medicines approved by CDSCO ? The FDA do not approve many Ayurveda drugs (unless it is rebranded as dietary supplements). But I have heard that drugs under "traditional formulation" does not require approval from CDSCO. Is this True? If yes, what does it mean for the safety of people consuming these medicines? Can they use urine and faeces of animals in it and sell it without properly sterilizing it? Can they also sell products with heavy metals and toxins in it? Ofcourse, if these proved immediate adverse effects then CDSCO can ban it. But... 2 0 replies
Why so much hate for Kathiyawadi people on this sub? I’ve noticed a lot of negativity towards Kathiyawadis, and I think it’s unfair. Sure, sometimes people from these communities may lack civic sense, but let’s take a moment to understand their journey. Many of them were farmers, and their entire childhood was spent in villages—of course, they don’t have your so-called fashion sense. They come from non-educational backgrounds, have worked incredibly hard to stand on their own feet, and don’t come from generational wealth or privileged positions. They’re building better lives, and the new generation is becoming more educated,... 5 0 replies

I m in soo much distress . Please read and help if u can ,I m breaking ,I m alone helpless I’ve always been someone who overthinks a lot—a lot. It drains my mind so much that when I try to think less, it feels unnatural. Sometimes thinking less helps, but often I feel like overthinking has become automatic, and that ends up ruining the moment. I try reminding myself how I used to live before—day by day, enjoying life as it came, without stressing excessively. I focused on completing tasks, celebrating moments with my family, and simply enjoying outings. But things started to derail in 2020. In 2020, during... 1 1 replies

Why is Indian Tourism Failing Tourists? I’ve been to several tourist spots in India, and honestly, the experience has been underwhelming. It’s nearly impossible to enjoy a place without constant interruptions from beggars or overly pushy shopkeepers. Every corner is filled with local shops, and not even the quality ones – just random stalls selling the same things. What bothers me the most is how dirty and disorganized these places are. It feels like tourism is entirely driven by business with no regard for the experience itself. The marketplaces near tourist spots are chaotic, and... 2 4 replies
