Recommended Broadband in Meerut?

I am moving from Hyd to the bangalore Haralur area. Ozone apartments show a rental of around 42k+ maintenance for a 2bhk. Whereas Prestige shows 60+. I am guessing rents are negotiable but I still want to know how are typical rents like? How should I negotiate?
