Looking for Tips and Resources to Learn Malayalam

Hey everyone! I’ve recently started to learn Malayalam(ref and practice pic attached) and could really use some guidance. I’m starting pretty much from scratch – no background in the language, though I’m excited to dive in! My goal is to get comfortable with basic conversation and eventually understand some Malayalam movies and songs (huge fan of the culture already). I’d love to hear your suggestions on: • Good beginner resources (apps, websites, books, YouTube channels, etc.) • Tips for tackling the script – it looks beautiful but a little...

Death in Hinduism: Escape or Destiny?

Yes, in Hinduism, death is seen as part of a larger cosmic cycle—Samsara (the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth). Most people don’t want another life because existence in the material world is filled with suffering (Dukkha), attachments, and karma. The ultimate goal is Moksha—liberation from this cycle and union with the supreme consciousness (Brahman). Different paths are described to achieve this: Jnana Yoga (Path of Knowledge) – Understanding the self as Brahman. Bhakti Yoga (Path of Devotion) – Surrendering to a deity (like Vishnu, Shiva, or Devi). Karma...

Finding group or study buddy to solve DSA and web dev

Hey there, I’m finding group as we can explain problems on calls or share resources regarding web dev. Coming to DSA we can solve Leetcode daily challenge, that’s enough for the day! System designing, os, networking etc we can give 10% a day. If anyone is interested dm!

Nowhere to go, nothing to do

I just sit in a room and stare at a screen all day. There is nowhere for me to go and nothing for me to do. When I go out I just aimlessly wonder about, feeling completely out of place and that I shouldn't be there, and just end up going back home again. What is the point. I don't enjoy anything anymore and feel sad everyday. Just want to end it all but its not possible. Its all so damn pointless, everything and why the hell is the...

What options do mid startups have with investors?… I will not promote

I have lots of experience designing apps. I have an idea for a product that should exist but my conservative back of the envelope math indicates that this could make several millions in the coming years but that it’s unlikely to reach unicorn status. I estimate an MVP is going to cost around 100k to build iOS and Android, and I think I’ll know pretty quickly if it’s going to get traction. I could pay for it myself but I have a family and I’d rather give up equity...

What's the funniest moment of your school life? I will go first.

I hope this doesn't get removed by moderators for its NSFW nature but anyway. So this happened in class 7th where we had Reroduction chapter in Biology. And some boys of my class who were also my friend were so excited lmao and acted like somebody's going to show them p**n in order to teach about reproduction. They literally created a mess by asking such questions that even our teacher was shy to answer. I never liked this behaviour as it many times crossed the limits of being funny....
