Why do people always mention huge dowry and under the table income as perks whenever they are comparing government job with private job? Both Govt and Pvt job have their pros and cons and one has to choose where they want to go after seeing all sides of the argument as well as where their own interests lie. But what baffles me is that everytime there is a discussion about comparing both sectors, the pro-govt jobs side always talk about dowry and bribes as an advantage.
