    Csai stock

Hey, I’ve noticed some weird price movements and a spike in volume with this stock. Feels like it could be a good short-sell opportunity, but that’s just my take. Definitely do your own research.Any ideas?

    Flat unregistered from Nov 2024

Are flats in Bengaluru not getting registered because of the e-khata rules? Or is my builder just using this an excuse? The building has been given an e-khata but they're saying the bifurcation rules are not clear and so the property cant be registered. I thought bifurcation of khata happens AFTER registration.Has that changed? I have tried calling ROs from every ward and visiting BangaloreOne and nobody has an answer for me.This whole business has left me very frustrated and confused. Any advice appreciated.

What’s one thing you wish you knew before launching? I Will Not Promote

Hi - I’m launching ~~REDACTED, I WILL NOT PROMOTE~~ soon™. It’s my first real launch *(unless you count a small free site I made for WoW tooltips)*, and I’d love to hear from those of you who’ve done a launch from 0 before. I know I should have done more pre-launch, I've learned that for the next time. But now, this is where we're at. What is just a pitfall to avoid spending time and energy on *(I've heard paid ads is a waste of time and money, does...

Sharing an horrible incident happened to me in childhood.

When I was about five or six years old, we visited my maternal grandfather's house. One day, they sent me to a shop about 200 meters away, two streets ahead, to buy bread and milk (or something similar). At that time, the colony was under construction, and there were many unfinished houses. After three streets, there was a small shop selling daily needs and groceries. The distance between my maternal grandfather's house and the shop was about 250 meters, with many under-construction houses and some empty plots with overgrown...

Which ITV actors(ML FL) have crossed expectations in a role with their performance and where did they underperform despite having strong characters?

While many actors delivered stellar performances in some roles, they didn’t quite meet expectations in others—even when the character had immense potential. Which Indian television actors and actresses have crossed the potential of their roles with exceptional performances(itv contemporaries and role potential), and where did they underperform despite having strong characters? Would love to hear your thoughts . For example Sanaya irani ( She made khushi so easy to look on eyes, and even some comic scenes which 90% itv actors wouldnt even able to perform and would look...

More to ORR Traffic & Blr- Rant/Opinion

It might be long so feel free to skim through. # About Traffic I usually take the bus—not that it’s great but I'd rather have mental peace than the stress of driving in Blr. The point is, when I took my scooter to work today, not only did I have a horrible start to the day but I felt SO bad for people **driving their own vehicles** to work in that route (daily). The roads are a mess-the potholes, the dust, the poorly planned underpasses and the illegal encroachment. Everything is...
