Real estate in Noida (A rant) My family have been looking to purchase a house in Noida and it has been a mentally exhausting period for us. The prices here are insane. Even with a budget of ~2cr we're unable to find a decent home that meets our requirement(we're not looking for anything lavish). Prices have shot up like crazy in the last 2-3 year and the real estate mafia and broker gang here have made housing unaffordable for people, someone like me who's source of income is just their salary cannot even think about... 0 11 replies
Who do you follow on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.? (i will not promote) I am just starting out with my social media build for my company, and as a startup founder, interested to hear who or what you as other founders follow on different platforms? Got in a big fight with traffic cops, consequences? As my car registration number is of a different city( same state), the cops at my place stop me routinely on pretex of checking documents. Today I lost it and I asked them why they stopped me to which he replied because I wanted to. I lost it at this point and started abusing them pointing out they aren't supposed to stop people randomly and asked for their names to which they started the usual come to station gimmick. The fight continued for 10 minutes after which I told... 0 2 replies
India is wasting money and resources learning three languages Very few countries invest time and money into learning a third language because it's obvious how stupid and pointless it is. India is one of those few stupid countries. It's stupid because the time and resources spent on learning a third language can instead be spent on learning something much more valuable. If anyone says learning a third language is more valuable than learning a computer programming language in the year 2025, we need to seriously question the sanity or the motives of that person. On the off-chance that... 3 0 replies

Looking for a platform to estimate future dividend payouts over several years 📈 Hey everyone, I’m looking for a platform that can estimate future dividend payouts over multiple years. Ideally, something that takes into account dividend growth, reinvestments, and portfolio changes over time. I’ve checked tools like Moning and a few dividend trackers, but I’m curious if there’s a more advanced tool that can provide long-term projections and help with planning passive income strategies. Does anyone here use such a platform, or have any recommendations? Thanks in advance! 1 0 replies

F-35 or SU-57, what India should do So what is generic opinion on President Trump emphasizing weapon sales worth billions to India that is likely to include offering F-35 fighter jet to India down the line. Personally I think it is great offer on the surface as this will bring IAF to technical forefront with state of the art 5th gen technologies. But any US sales will come with lot of strings attached with limited to none technology transfer plus seeking get go from them on when and where to use the jets or face actions... 1 0 replies

as a person from NE what are your opinions on gender roles and patriarchy especially in the current discourse surrounding the movie ‘Mrs’ which mainly sees it through ‘mainland’ lens (simply implying a different culture)?? I am from Sikkim. I have a lot of friends from NE, Darjeeling and a few from other states. Now, most of my friends I know have moms who work and have more or less, help at home. There are very few whose moms are home makers. Regarding that movie, ‘Mrs’ some people I know told me that that’s what they’ve seen their mums go through…. Now they were all non NE.. My grandmother worked and so do all my aunts and my mother. The cooking is done by... 3 0 replies
