Inter city Taxi drivers, should they be more caring for the customers

I have been travelling between Delhi and Chandigarh for a few years now and mostly via Taxis. I do this via a taxi agency... What I have observed is that taxi drivers get randomly assigned a day before and the behaviour of taxi drivers is not very nice - like they take 2 stops of 30 / 40 minutes each even though I request them to take 1 stop. More over they keep talking on the phone. I am not sure if its just with me or others are...

I must say I go out and I see beautiful girls everywhere. especially in cafe. I just don't get it. Recommendations for NGO/Orphanage to sponsor meal
