Need some advise on a situation Our house is located inside a very narrow lane (mudukku) where only one car can pass at a time in any one direction. If another car comes from the opposite, lane gets blocked and one of the cars will have to go in reverse until the lane widens and can fit two cars. Having said that, a small portion of the lane is wide enough to accomodate two cars coming from opposite directions. And this small portion is exactly in front of our house. Litter only in bins - atleast a namesake law please. I(36/M) travelling from Tambaram to Guindy suburban train. The white shirt and pant uncle (70/m) was snacking and throwing the plastic covers casually in to the track. A sister (50/f) was waiting at a bus stop, throwing the covers casually on the road.
