GRAP 3: Is my Ciaz Euro 3 Diesel car allowed when GRAP 3 is invoked? I know that Euro 3 is equivalent to BS3 in the diesel category. But I'm not sure what this means when newspapers talk about GRAP 3 in Delhi NCR - "Use of BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel four-wheelers prohibited". Mine is BS-III diesel, is it allowed or not? Has ripping off/cheating others, greed become normalised here in namma Bengaluru? Am guessing this problem is not just in Blr but India wide, heck I would say even a world-wide problem.
