Samdish is god tier. Just watched this interview and i am so jealous of samdish's communication skills. I was exploring the chances of buying a decent apartment in Kochi, but I was warned by some frs about the long term prospect of owning a home in kochi especially due to the recent flooding that affected a lot of apartments and the mullaperiar dam which the whole state is worried about.
