why dont indians have civic sense ?

whats wrong with india , whats wrong with indians why do we fail always not even a basic civic sense. saw traffic jam too due to common sense issue if a road is 2 way leave the damm one side for opp side vechile why do we have to push our vechile on that lane 😞😞😠😠😠 samne se gaadi nikalaga nahi toh jam khulegha kese maate chaad do gaadiya ek kaam karo....so badly wanted to shout on everyone and tell them to stay in one lane but duhh indians...

Please give me advices!

I feed these 4 stray puppies near Athwagate every time I see them there which is like 4-5 times a week. I don't get paid much at my job and it's a real struggle to feed them regularly. My heart hurts llike heck when I see them and I don't have snacks to feed them 😭😭 Please advice me on what can I do? Like contact someone who could help them somehow? I know the options are less but please please give me advices.

Writing this post for a friend, 20 F. So basically she wants to get her tooth scaling and polishing and since she is a student she doesn't wanna pay high rates that we usually get charged(one of em asked 4k for the same) ..
