One topic really talked less on this sub is illegal encroachments of Government owned lands. Literally every corner of this state has a person who's shamelessly encroaching the govt property and then suing government for building infrastructure on it. Especially all the rich guys in Patna who have built lavish houses on these properties. And government successfully gets rid of encroachment by common people on few occasions but never seen a rich guy ever leaving encroachment. Thinking of upgrading from Monterey to Sequoia, is it worth upgrading to? By worth it I mean in two aspects: 1.
