Suggestion for Cafe/Tea Spot: Karyavattom Campus Back Gate Area Needs One. I’ve seen quite a few posts lately from people asking for suggestions on where to start a cafe or tea spot. Well, if anyone out there is seriously considering starting one, the area near the Karyavattom campus back gate could really use some love. It’s so dry here when it comes to good places to grab a coffee or tea or hang out. It feels like the perfect spot for a cozy cafe, especially with the number of students and faculty around. Update on My Cyberthum Shop Visit – Need Advice Hey everyone, this is an update on my last post. Today, I visited my Cyberthum project to check the progress. They have divided Phase 1 into multiple sub-phases. The two main towers fall under one RERA registration, while the shop I purchased falls under a different RERA. Now, regarding Phase E (where my shop is located)—from the outside, it looks complete, but when you go inside, there are no partitions, and work is still pending.
