youtube stops playing 1 minute in on every video?

i use firefox, i have tried: disabling all browser addons running only firefox and nothing else(not steam, not a game, not discord etc.) i have updated firefox and my drivers and my computer other websites work fine and i can even play a whole youtube video when linked through a steam chat window does anybody have any idea or insight into what could be happening?
