What the hell are these ads about?

I’ve gotten nothing like this until the last 2 weeks suddenly my entire feed is nothing but these disturbing ads. The first one shows a girl that’s been cropped out bobbing up and down and making *noises*, while the second one is just that girl twerking. I’ve also gotten a lot of NSFW ai art ads?? Why have I been getting so many of these over these past 2 weeks. (I don’t consume any content like this on YouTube or anywhere else, it just suddenly started happening)
