YouTube live chats are mind blowingly stupid. My observations...

The expectations weren't high to begin with, but still... - Everything is a "L" or W" which people spam for literally anything that happens (particularly if a video game) - Same few jokes get beaten into the ground 100 trillion times - Random users, not even mods, trying to suck up to the streamer with "Alright guys, let's do a LIKE SPIKE! 500 watching but only 100 likes? COME ON GUYS! And hit that subscribe button if you're not subbed already!!!!" - Female streamers get asked "when are you doing face cam?" 10000 times per stream - People start trauma dumping in the chat or even donating their trauma dumps - Chat has people saying "Brb, going to take a shower" or "Going to bed now, good night" - People begging the streamer to ban someone who disagrees with that user on something - People annoyed the streamer isn't reading the chat (as opposed to playing the video game, the whole point of the stream) I'm sure the same occurs on Twitch but holy shit. Makes me question myself why I was "attracted" to the same stream/content.
