Neighbourhoods for houses??

Hello all! My husband and I will be moving to Vijayawada in the coming year! We are currently based out of Bangalore. What should we keep in mind or expect when househunting in Vijayawada? Any preparation to be done before going to look at rental properties? Thank you in advance!!
