Baby vaccination at government vs private?

So due to time constraints, we got our new born 6weeks vaccine in private hospital. Now planning to get second dose 10weeks vaccine at government facility which is free of cost. Will it be ok if we change vaccine brand or should we stick to private hospital vaccine? Anyone have experience?
