APSRTC customer care appreciation

I'm from Telangana and living in Chennai, I wanted to go to hometown via Vijayawada for Sankranti and there were no seats available even for special buses. I've seen customer care mail in APSRTC website and mailed them regarding adding extra special bus.. just gave it a try. Surprisingly I had got a call from RTC about accepting request and adding a bus service on that day. I don't know they added due to my mail or they would have added according to the demand but, the fact they responded to my mail with a call, informing about new bus booking open time is insane.
