Which dentist. Sibar or clove

I live in vijaywada I decided to get braces I got two choice First one is from clove hospital which is near one town which I can easily go since it's in the city But the cost is 25k My sis is currently on braces and their service is pretty good Other one is Sibar college which is in outskirts of guntur The cost is 13k-15 Their google map reviews are kinda low with 3.7 and looking at the price I'm bit skeptical Did anyone visit any one of these ??
