Company Equity/Stock Question

Scenario: - Company stock received every month after 1 year anniversary - 25/25/25/25 schedule that kicks off at 12 months after joining (vested monthly after that) Question: Company is acquired/IPO’s before 1 year anniversary. Do I get anything? Am I guaranteed my stock at the price in my offer letter if I remain with the company?
