Cab frequency from Babatpur Airport to a village in Jaunpur

Hi guys, I need to travel to a village in Jaunpur called Gaddopur from the Varanasi Airport. I will be landing around 8 8:30 PM. Will I be able to get cabs on Uber/Ola? Do the drivers take you by the app fare or do they ask for extra? Need your inputs on this. Thanks.
