Why is Uttarakhand's Samaj Kalyan Vibhag website sucks

Some of the issues I noticed: * **Text is overflowing** in some places, making it unreadable. * **Some images and links aren’t loading properly.** * Overall, it just feels outdated and neglected. * E-Mail formatting is not correct. If this website is supposed to help people with pensions and social welfare, shouldn’t it at least be **functional and up to date**? I’ve attached a screenshot to show what I’m talking about. Has anyone else faced issues with government websites like this? Do you think they even check or maintain them? The website looks like it has been developed by some backbencher. Also, In today's world using AI some pages can be transformed for free; just hire some interns from colleges; they can do the job for you. Let’s discuss it! 🚀
