Hi Everyone, mom of an extreme preterm baby here. My little girl had ROP and requires follow-up on it. I am looking for a paediatric ophthalmologist who is specialised in ROP. I saw Chaithanya in Google, but didn’t have a good experience for myself. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Also, please do let me know if there is any support group for preemie parents.

Honey alfaham gave me food poison ...my opinion

Had Honey Alfaham from a top Trivadrum restaurant recently. But after 3 hours things didn't go well... Stomach upset and its aftermath. Is it a good combination.. I like food from Trivandrum and its generally safe and fresh,but this time things took a u turn I guess. Youngsters like us should try to avoid eating these foods regularly in my opinion. Especially at night. Your thoughts? Alfaham lovers?
