First class train from Delhi to Tezpur

I'm planning a trip to the Diphlu River Lodge in Assam. Flying into Delhi and would ideally like to take a train to a nearby city such as Tezpur. Since it is a 30+ hour trip, I was hoping to find a train with a private sleeping car available. Is this even possible? Any other suggestions for making the journey?
