Trading Indices, futures

I used to be an active day trader trading the indexes, ES, NQ, RTY, and YM. I don't have the time to day trade anymore due to life changes but I still love to swing trade and invest. I'd prefer to be able to "lazy" trade, buy the dip etc., for these, but paying $40 for the futures accounts on Tradestation doesn't really make sense anymore since I don't even make 1 trade per day anymore. I also want to be able to buy and sell stocks. Is there a better way, and cheaper way to trade these indexes, with as low fees as possible, ideally no fees? I don't mind paying fees for the trades them selves, but not just to have an account with live data. A huge plus would be if it has tradingview integration to enter trades but not the end of the world. Thanks!
