Pro traders, how do you guys do this?

Let me ask you guys this question. So i have been learning to trade for the past year on how to trade and i went through crypto, forex and stocks. To a degree i had success, but then it comes the hurdle of waiting too long for a trade to be completed since iam trading nowadays mostly daily and 4h tf or 5 and 1h tf. However, it takes too long which puts me under stress of checking the-trade every other hour or something. Now i want to start the 1 min tf trading, but is not as easy as you can imagine since its hard to identify the trend direction. The 5min trend identification sucks tbh. You guys have any trick to easily identify the trend direction on lower timeframes? Or should i just stick to the one hour tf for trend identification?
