Day trading or investing?

Obviously I know day trading and investing are two completely different things yet similar, however I was wondering what do you guys do? To the people in XRP right now or any sort of crypto are you day trading or investing long or short term? And why. Please let me know what you guys do and what you deem is more valuable.
