Suggestions for a 3 BHK

Hi everyone, i know this is an oft asked question but I would want your suggestions. Looking to buy a 3bhk in and around pokhran . Don't want to be too far from the station / teen haath Naka as I have to travel to lower parel daily. Main requirements are good amenities (have a 2 year old) and a decent carpet size too. Want something with possession by next year atleast. Checked narang privado (loved it, one tower due for completion next year ). Is wadhwa a good builder? Checked raymond (sold out). What else can i check?
